Not sure if any one even reads my blog anymore. And I dont really blame anyone if they dont read. I am such a bad, bad blogger. I will catch up on my blogging, I promis!!!!

Chris and I only went down the last day. It so nice to get pictures of the first 2 days.

National Fishing Champs!!!

As most of you know Cody and his Uncle Rob fish in a bass fishing tournament called Fishers of Men. Well for the 2007 tournaments they made it to nationals that took place last weekend. There were 135 fishing teams fishing for 2 days. At the end of day 2 they took the top 27 teams to fish the final day. Cody and Rob were in 8th place at that time. The 3rd day they fished and placed 14th over all. And were the only youth, adult team that even placed in the top 27. So that makes them the Youth, Adult National Champs!!! And they got to bring home some money.

This has been a great experience for Cody.

The 2008 fishing year has already started and looking pretty good as well.

Uncle Rob has truly made a difference in Cody life with fishing.

Busy weekend....again.....

I have not blogged in forever! I really want to be a good blogger. I will try harder.


Kristin’s team placed 1st in the league tournament last weekend. The team has really improved from last year. I love watching them play.
This weekend they are playing in a State tournament. They are scheduled to play 3 maybe 4 games on Saturday. And the championship game on Sunday.
It is going to be another busy weekend. I will try to post pics from the weekend.

New Hair Cut and Madelyn's pigtails

Here is a picture of my new over do hair hair cut. I never make time to get my hair cut but always complaining about needing it cut. Aunt Jerrie called Friday night and said she would be over to get me Saturday morning to get my hair cut. She knows that is the only way I will just do it. If I have time to think about it I always come up with more important things to do. Another reason I put off doing things for myself is....Madelyn was screaming like a mad girl when we were leaving.

Basketball and BouncerTown

Kristin had a basketball game Sunday. It was such an exciting game. Kristin's team won in the last 30 seconds of the game. I had planned on posting pictures of the game but I forgot to take my camera.

Today we went to BouncerTown. Lots of fun. If you do not know what BouncerTown is..........It is a place full of big bouncy moonwalk types of things. Madelyn and Kristin had so much fun. Cody is to old to bounce but they have lots of games for him.

Up Date

Well Kristin is feeling better. She has had a few headache's and been really tired. But much better. There still is a bump but has gone down a lot.

I love getting pictures of all 3 kids. It is hard to get Cody to take a pic with his sisters. Its just not cool at 13 to bee seen loving your sisters. He is a pretty good big brother. But he does like to pick on them just to hear them scream. Drives me crazy!! We have a 3 day weekend. I can sleep in an extra day. It has been really cold so I have to get to the bus barn extra early to start my bus.

I will try to post more pictures of Kristin's game tomorrow.

Saturday night visit to the Emergency Room

My poor Kristin has a big booboo. She went to a friends birthday party at the skating rink last night. Chris dropped her off around 7. She did not have to be picked up until 11 but I went to the rink at 8:30. I just cannot drop the kids off anywhere that long. Well about 9:30 a little girl came skating up to me yelling Kristin is down. I looked up and all I could see is a big group of people at the other end of the rink. I ran out there and she was laying there screaming. She looked awful. I put my hand on the back of her head and there was a golf ball size bump. That really freaked me out. After a few minutes I got her to calm down a little. She couldn’t stand up so I picked her up and got her off the skating floor. It was so dark in there so I really couldn’t see anything. I carried her to the office where the light was much better. I was not sure what I was looking for so I decided to take her to the ER. They took really good care of her and ran a few tests. They said everything looked good but to take her home and no activity for 5 day. She was really upset because today she has a basketball game. But there is no way she could play today. She is moving really slow and pretty sore this morning.
Do you think my kids would look funny if I bubble wrap them? Julie
